SPECTRE Business Club ("we", "our", or "us") operates the SPECTRE mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data.
We collect information you provide directly: name, country, industry, and profile photo. We also collect usage data such as XP points, check-in history, and AI conversation history stored locally on your device.
SPECTRE uses Anthropic Claude AI to power the AI Advisor feature. Messages sent to the AI Advisor are processed by Anthropic's API. We do not store your conversations on our servers. Please review Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com.
Subscription payments are processed by Apple App Store and RevenueCat. We do not collect or store your payment information. Please review Apple's and RevenueCat's privacy policies for details.
Your profile data and app preferences are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. We do not operate servers that store your personal data.
We use the following third-party services: Anthropic Claude API (AI features), RevenueCat (subscription management), Apple App Store (payments).
SPECTRE is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.
